VANILLA COFFEE SMOOTHIE RECIPE
Makes 1 smoothie
INGREDIENTS
6 oz. brewed Peet's Vanilla Coffee
2 oz. almond milk or plant-based milk of choice
1 cup frozen bananas
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 date
2 tablespoon quick-cooking oats + a pinch more for topping
A handful of crushed ice
A pinch of ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
To a high-powered blender, add the coffee and alt-milk. Continue to add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass and top with a pinch of cinnamon and oats. Enjoy the day!
