Salted Caramel Latte Recipe
Single origin Peet’s Brazil coffee naturally enhanced with notes of rich, buttery caramel: what’s not to love? We upped the ante in this Salted Caramel Latte recipe by doubling down on caramel and dusting with a dash of coarse sea salt to get us deep into that salted caramel mood. We think of this as the cousin of everyone’s favorite coffee treat, the mocha. Swap in caramel for the chocolate and top with an iconic drizzle and a dollop of whipped cream and you’ve got something special.
It’s a latte … and so much more.
We use our ‘Brew it Hot’ method to get things started:
BREW IT HOT
- Start with cold, filtered water.
- Use 2 tablespoons of Peet’s Flavored Coffee for every 8 ounces of water and prepare using a preferred brew method—drip, pour over, or press pot.
