COLD BREW MARGARITA RECIPE
Peet's Baridi Cold Brew Margarita
For some, it's the best day of the year: National Margarita Day! Just because it's February, doesn't mean we can't enjoy a cold marg. This recipe takes it up a notch. It has all the things we love: cold brew (duh), tequila, and bright citrus. The orange essence of Cointreau brings out the heady East African floral aromatics in Peet’s Baridi Blend, which we crafted to shine when brewed cold. Reposado tequila really holds its own when you mix it with cold brew, too.
Not overpowering, fully balanced, this is an anytime drink where all the ingredients act in harmony. (And, yes, you can actually taste the cold brew.) It hits like a margarita—bright and citrusy—with a bit of depth.
